Yuki has supported TriKnight since January 2019, first through an internship, then as a full-time analyst after graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Master of Science in Finance degree.  As a Financial Analyst, Yuki provides support for all aspects of our valuation and due diligence engagements.  Her finance background, attention to detail, and strong work ethic make her a valuable part of the team. Yuki efficiently organizes and analyzes financial data into meaningful and effective reports that serve as a foundation to our engagements.

Yuki has performed financial analysis and support on engagements involving business valuations related to mergers and acquisitions, estate and gift taxes, marital dissolution, financial planning, and litigation support, among other areas.  She has also assisted with due diligence engagements across various industries including, among others, industrial manufacturing, food and beverage, professional services, and healthcare administration.

Yuki is currently working towards a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation from the CFA Institute and is a CFA Level II Candidate.
